Supporters kick off Dallas Symphony Orchestra AT&T Gala with chic soiree
If you've been so lucky to attend the Dallas Symphony Orchestra AT&T Gala in years past, you know it's one of the most revered events of the fall social season in Dallas.
To kick off the 2013 affair — which includes a seated dinner, champagne reception and DSO concert at the Meyerson — dressed-to-impress patrons gathered at the home of gala chairs Anne and Steve Stodghill. The philanthropic couple was joined by past chairmen Jennifer and Coley Clark (2012) and Barbara Daseke (2011), as well as Kenny Goss, Lynn McBee, Tiffany and Paul Divis, Myrna and Bob Schlegel, and Carole and Scott Murray.
If Divis' satin blue maxi and Clark's elegant white dress are any indication, we think this might be the most stylish DSO gala yet.
Attendees raised their glasses as AT&T senior vice president of external affairs Holly Reed announced that Grammy Award-winning soprano Renée Fleming will be performing with conductor Jaap van Zweden at the fall affair. The after-party will include small bites, cocktails, jazz and music spun by the tireless DJ Lucy Wrubel.
The annual gala raises money for the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, which reaches thousands of adults and children through concerts, educational programs and community outreach initiatives.
Mark your calendar for September 28 — and start planning what to wear.
