Delta Hotels by Marriott opens Southlake property with celebrity chef consult
Southlake gets a new hotel, in time for the holidays. According to a release, Delta Hotels by Marriott Dallas Southlake is scheduled to open in November at SH114 and White Chapel Boulevard.
The hotel is six stories, with 240 rooms and what it says will be a heightened culinary experience. That includes input from celebrity chef Dean Fearing, who consulted on plans for the hotel's Sky Creek Kitchen and Bar, which features Southwestern cuisine and craft drinks.
The leadership team consists of familiar hospitality industry heavy hitters including hotel manager John Emmett, opening manager John Yeung, sales director John Crosier, director of food & beverage and executive chef Enam Chowdhury, chef de cuisine Jose Soto, and catering manager Gino Del Valle.
Amenities include:
- premium bedding and towels
- large workspaces and free bottled water
- complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel
- hydration stations on each floor
- chef-inspired grab-and-go food market
- 24-hour elite pantry
- full-service fitness center
- outdoor pool and lounge
The hotel also has high-tech meeting and conference facilities, with eight meeting rooms and a ballroom. The hotel will soon be accepting reservations for guest room stays, dining reservations, corporate meetings, catered events, weddings, bar mitzvahs, bat mitzvahs, they're ready for every kind of mitvah you got.

"Every touchpoint is masterfully designed and prioritized to meticulously and seamlessly deliver the key essentials guests need and eliminate everything they don't."
The Delta Hotels by Marriott Dallas Southlake anchors a 16-acre mixed-use development that also features office and retail space.
It's the second Delta Hotel in DFW; the first was Delta Hotels by Marriott Dallas Allen & Watters Creek Convention Center.
Delta Hotels, which has 60-plus locations in the U.S., Canada, China, and Germany, was acquired by Marriott International in 2015, and participates in the company's award-winning loyalty programs including Marriott Rewards, The Ritz-Carlton Rewards, and Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG).
