Business Jet expands Dallas Love Field footprint with 2 new hangars

There's digging underway at Dallas Love Field with the construction of two new hangars by Business Jet, a private aviation provider that's been doing aircraft maintenance and aircraft charter and management for 30 years. The expansion is in response to a rising demand for its aircraft services.
The new side-by-side hangars are designed with 28-foot hangar doors to easily accommodate the latest ultra-long-range aircraft, such as the Gulfstream G700 and Bombardier Global 7500.
Each hangar is unique:
- One will serve a single tenant in a build-to-suit space featuring custom designs and elevated lobby finishes
- The other is designed to accommodate multiple tenants with seven individual office and shop spaces
The hangars will feature epoxy-coated floors, LED lighting, large format fans, radiant tube heating, electric vehicle (EV) chargers, and integrated utility pedestals with 208/480/115-amp power, water, and compressed air.
The Fixed-Based Operator (FBO) expansion comes at a time of growth for the company, which recently dedicated two existing hangars to enhance its Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) capabilities.
Scheduled for completion in January 2026, this development will bring Business Jet's total footprint to 475,000 square feet of hangar and office space across 19 hangars and 2 executive terminals.
Business Jet partner and CEO Chris Wright says in a statement that the company is committed to providing support in all aspects of aircraft operations. As business aviation shows no sign of slowing down, Business Jet is poised to accommodate aircraft owners and operators with the top-of-the-line facilities and customer service.
"This nearly 70,000 square foot project represents the latest in a multi-phased development plan designed to meet hangar and office space demand at Business Jet," Wright says. "Beyond this phase, we're excited to have the capacity to build another 100,000 square feet at KDAL to support future operations."
