Julia Bunch likes a stiff Old Fashioned, a long walk around White Rock Lake, and an undercooked brownie. She earned her journalism degree from the University of Texas at Austin, where she ate all the tacos, heard all the music, and hiked all the trails. Since then, she relocated to the Big D to write, edit, and report on all things Texas culture. Julia cooks without recipes and can’t resist antique stores. She lives the dog mom life in far North Dallas, with her Great Pyrenees and backyard garden.
