After a day of basking in the sun at the HP Bryon Nelson Championship, our Insiders and select VIPs filled up the Cadillac Club for the CultureMap Cool Down, a swanky party in the middle of all the action at the Four Seasons Resort & Club Dallas at Las Colinas.
Golf enthusiasts — and the ladies who love them — were treated to Ketel One Vodka cocktails, beer and wine, and sophisticated finger food from Tastemaker Best New Restaurant winner Barter. Rising Star Chef nominee Andrew Dilda and team churned out gazpacho, charcuterie with pickled vegetables, arugula salad, grilled quail leg and ricotta grits, and a riff on a grilled cheese sandwich with rabbit mortadella. The only thing fancier than the nosh was the assortment of Cadillacs on display.
Speaking of the cars, attendees — including Kate Newell, Caroline Thompson, Kevin Hutzler, Morgan Baden, Michael Bowles, Jacob Hite, Lisa and Casey Garland, Linda Snorina, Sinan Gurman, Kevin Wiley, and Iris Franks — got behind the wheels to experience firsthand what it would feel like to own one of these bad boys.
DJ Blake Ward kept the party bumping from the time it started until the last person headed out the door. Speaking of leaving, lucky Cadillac drivers enjoyed free valet. Told you being a CultureMap Insider had its perks.
