Fundraising Mission
Mission Olé summer kickoff lures sophisticated Dallas supporters
To kick off the seventh annual Mission Olé party, the largest fundraiser for the Trinity River Mission, charitable guests joined co-chairs Angela Choquette, Maggie Kipp, Cary Deuber and honorary celebrity chair Chad Hennings for a stylish summer affair at Anteks Home Furnishings.
Sated by Blue Point oysters, grilled flank steak and shrimp cocktail, devotees — including honorary chair Anne Stodghill, Lynn McBee, LeeAnne Locken, Kim Lewis-Gleason, Janet and Rick Fresquez, Steve Kemble, Dawn Spalding, Shay and Brian Geyer, and Anteks owner Jason Lenox — sipped wine as they shopped the selection of chic yet rustic home decor. Lenox rewarded shoppers for their dedication to the cause with a discount on their purchases.
The Trinity River Mission is a volunteer-based community learning center focused on promoting literacy, encouraging academic success, and developing life skills among the disadvantaged youth in West Dallas.
Mark your calendar Friday, September 6, for the Mission Olé party themed “Mountains of Santa Fe,” at the home of Anne and Steve Stodghill. Sponsorships and individual tickets are available for purchase online.
