Mental and physical health are vital to living your best life, and Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas is striving to help you achieve both with the completion of a $6 million renovation of its sports facilities and spa.

The hotel now offers guests, locals and private members unique services that integrate health and wellness, experienced in the pampered resort setting that customers crave. The luxurious new facilities boast 185,000 combined square feet dedicated to fitness, beauty, health and wellness.

“For nearly three decades, Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas has catered to the sophisticated traveler, putting the best of Dallas and Fort Worth at their fingertips,” says general manager Dirk Burghartz. “The spectacular new sports facilities and Well & Being Spa will take the resort to the next level, creating an experience like no other in the country.”

The new fitness area of the resort, designed by Fiona Thompson, includes a fully renovated 6,000-square-foot fitness center; brand-new indoor running track; and two new studios for active motion aerobic classes like Zumba, suspension for aerial hammock yoga, Surfset, WellFit, Total Body Conditioning and TRX; and a special clinic space for nutrition and preventative health programs. There is also a plethora of new equipment, like a new high-tech spin studio.

Four Seasons fitness and health professionals are inspired by chief medical officer Dr. Tieraona Low Dog, a renowned expert in integrative medicine. They provide a personalized assortment of medically guided tools for immediate and long-lasting results.

Whether you are interested in acupuncture, muscle activation or cup therapy, the staff at Well & Being can craft a personalized program that best suits your needs. Fitness coaches are also on staff to provide training, Bod Pod composition measurements and other fitness diagnostics.

“The introduction of Well & Being to Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas will provide resort guests, group clients, the local community and our private members with an array of dynamic and personalized services relevant to the advancement of healthy living,” says club manager Rob Cowan.

Once your workout is complete, head over to the beautiful Well & Being Spa for a treatment like the Ultimate HydraFacial or Nirvana Stress Relief Massage. Four Seasons realizes you are busy and allows spa services to be requested online or via the new mobile app.

To experience this first-class renovation for yourself, call 972-717-2555 to schedule an appointment at the spa or fitness center. More information can also be found on the Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas website.
