H&M Coming Soon
H&M sets opening date for latest fast-fashion outpost in Frisco
Fast-fashion favorite H&M gave suburban fashionistas an early Christmas gift last year, with the announcement of another store at Stonebriar Centre in Frisco. Now the Swedish retailer has an opening date for its latest North Texas location: July 31 at noon. That's even a wee bit ahead of the original fall 2014 projection.
The 26,000-square-foot store features lines for ladies and men; young ladies and young men; and “store within a store” sections for accessories, lingerie, maternity, sports apparel and plus-size line H&M+. There is also a children's collection for newborns through 14 years.
“Dallas is a very important market for us, and we are very happy to be able to offer our customers in the area even more access to our fantastic collections,” said H&M U.S. president Daniel Kulle in a release. “H&M is devoted to building our presence in the best locations throughout the United States, and this new location in Dallas reinforces our belief in the regional economy of Texas.”
The opening comes with plenty of perks for eager, first-in-line customers. The first 100 shoppers get an H&M T-shirt and an Access to Fashion Pass, which has a $10-$300 value.
H&M is also offering incentives through its recycling program. Customers who bring in old clothes to recycle will get a voucher for 15 percent off their entire purchases; those who bring them in before noon could get H&M gift cards worth $50-$100. Sounds like a good time to clean out your closet.
The Stonebriar Centre H&M will be open Monday through Saturday, 10 am-9 pm, and Sunday, noon-6 pm.
H&M now has more than 3,000 locations worldwide and 300 locations across the country, including NorthPark Center, Galleria Dallas, Shops at Willow Bend, Grapevine Mills and Town East Mall in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
