Seize the Year
North Dallas community adds trendy townhouses to its dream-home roster

The master-planned community Trinity Falls is continually innovating for its residents, the latest example being its newest addition: townhomes.
With prices starting from the $330,000s, Highland Homes is now offering three townhouse floorplans, ranging from 1,792-1,830 square feet and with up to three second-story bedrooms, including the primary suite.
Other swanky features include two-car garages, kitchen islands, open-concept common areas, and outdoor space.
In celebration of this expansion milestone, Trinity Falls is offering free maintenance fees for six months to anyone who buys a townhome during the "Seize the Year" campaign, running May 22 through July 31.
In addition, prospective homebuyers who tour at least five of the 20 model homes in Trinity Falls will be entered to win one of two Nebraska Furniture Mart gift cards valued at $2,500 each — and yes, this includes touring the townhomes!
To give you a sense of how much you're getting, maintenance fees include:
- roofing
- retaining walls
- gutters and downspouts
- fencing and gating
- yard landscaping and irrigation systems
- exterior walls of dwelling
- foundation and patio slabs
- driveways
