This class is equipping home chefs for everything to make summer gatherings plant-based and delicious, including the new Number 29 Burger. The class will also explore how to make creamy dill potato salad, red cabbage slaw, and blueberry apple crisp. Tickets are $65, and the class starts at 6 pm.

Dallas' Community Beer Company is visiting Jasper's Richardson for an epic collaboration that features ice cold brews and perfectly paired plates. Stewards of the Wild 2nd Annual Wild Game Cooking Class at Central Market Lovers Lane
Learn how to clean out your freezer with some great wild-game recipes from Central Market. Courses include chorizo sausage made from wild boar, crostini with duck breast and red onion jam, peppercorn encrusted venison with a sage and dijon dipping sauce, and pheasant pot pie with bacon-thyme biscuit crust. Tickets are $50 for members and $75 for non-members (this includes spouses/dates), and the event starts at 6 pm.

Fearing's and Friends at Fearing's
Once a month this summer, acclaimed chef Dean Fearing, Fearing’s Restaurant chef Mike Matis, and their Dallas foodie friends are coming together for a five-course dining experience from some of the most talented culinary professionals in Dallas. Each chef will take their own spin on the evening, met with expertly crafted cocktails, wine, and beer in the Ocaso dining room.
