Stewards of the Wild 2nd Annual Wild Game Cooking Class at Central Market Lovers Lane
Learn how to clean out your freezer with some great wild-game recipes from Central Market. Courses include chorizo sausage made from wild boar, crostini with duck breast and red onion jam, peppercorn encrusted venison with a sage and dijon dipping sauce, and pheasant pot pie with bacon-thyme biscuit crust. Fearing's and Friends at Fearing's
Once a month this summer, acclaimed chef Dean Fearing, Fearing’s Restaurant chef Mike Matis, and their Dallas foodie friends are coming together for a five-course dining experience from some of the most talented culinary professionals in Dallas. Each chef will take their own spin on the evening, met with expertly crafted cocktails, wine, and beer in the Ocaso dining room.
