Sushi and Sake Special Dinner Series at Dallas Fish Market
Back by popular demand, this dinner series features chef Richard Triptow showcasing creative sushi rolls and wine and spirits director Jorge Calderon perfectly matching the sake. Rolls to expect include plays on tuna, loup de mar, hamachi crudo, and scallop carpaccio. Tickets are $50, and the event starts at 6:30.

22nd Anniversary Celebration at Bread Winners
The brunch icon's original location in Uptown is turning 22 years old, and to celebrate, guests receive a complimentary dessert of their choosing with the purchase of any entrée from 7 am to 10 pm. This offer is valid only at the Uptown location at 3301 McKinney Ave.
Fried Chicken Fridays at CBD Provisions
CBD Provisions and executive chef Richard Blankenship are introducing “Fried Chicken Fridays,” a new summer special offered only during lunch on Fridays, from 11 am to 3 pm. For $14, diners can enjoy two pieces of chef Blankenship’s crispy fried chicken with housemade hot sauce for dipping, cornbread, coleslaw, and a side of french fries. Blankenship’s flavorful fried chicken, which is not regularly served at CBD Provisions, is made using a classic Southern-inspired recipe with chickens from Windy Meadows Farm in Campbell, Texas; buttermilk; flour; and spices.
Trappist Ale Beer Dinner at Pappas Bros. Steakhouse
Hand-crafted by only a few Cisterian monasteries, Trappist beers are a diverse and sought-after company of brews. Experience the delicious fruits of centuries of brewing expertise at this unique beer dinner at one of Dallas' best steak houses. Courses include Trappist ale steamed mussels, aromatic Westmalle ale halibut, wood-grilled coffee-cured pork chop, and a sauerkraut-quadruple ale fudge cake. Lindsey and Simon of Window to the Wild will be on hand with some of their bird ambassadors, raising money for their nonprofit organization. Snag a photo with one of their birds, get one of their cool owl T-shirts, or just get up close and personal with a bird ambassadors. The event starts at 3 pm and admission is free.
Market Dinner at Patina Green Home & Market
Don't miss your opportunity to attend this unique dining experience with a farm-inspired fixed menu. The Market Dinner is a chef's tasting of five courses prepared with locally sourced ingredients. Tickets are $55 per guest, with an added charge of $30 for wine and beer pairings. Dinner seatings are from 6-8 pm or 8-10 pm.

Pro Seafood Smoking Class at TJ'S Seafood Market
It's time to learn how to prepare seafood in that expensive Big Green Egg of yours. This is a serious smoking class taught by "serious competition brisket dudes" who also happen to really love using their smokers for seafood. Think everything from salmon to whitefish and even oysters. For $100 a person, attendees get three hours of instruction, plenty to eat and drink, and coupons for future seafood purchases.
