Nonna Night at Saint Rocco’s at Trinity Groves
Trinity Groves hot spot invites guests to gather ‘round the table with friends and family for a five-course Italian dinner – just like Nonna used to make. Their monthly Nonna Night is back with menu items like smoked salmon flatbread, Tuscan ribs with cannellini beans and grilled polenta, and apple-cranberry pie. The dinner is $80 and comes with wine pairings. Reservations run between 5-9 pm.
Summer Kick-Off Party at Miriam Cocina Latina
The Latin eatery across from Klyde Warren Park will celebrate the official arrival of summer with live music, specials, and cigars. Enjoy $5 artisan tacos and a flight of frozen strawberry, blackberry, and mango margs for $17. There’ll be hand-rolled cigars as well as a Latin quartet and dance music from DJ Ricki Rincon. The party will run from 6-9 pm.

Tiki Party at Ida Claire’s
Addison dining destination will host a full-blown Hawaiian luau on its patio, complete with tiki cocktails, pig roast, island music, and fire dancers. The $125 price includes all food and beverages, such as the Caribbean Parachute made with rum, blue curacao, orange blossom water, egg white, and tonic. A Hawaiian family-style feast will feature coconut shrimp, pineapple sticky rice, traditional pig roast, Hawaiian slaw, ube tater tots, and boozy Dole Whip. Find something tropical to wear and arrive by 7 pm. The party runs until 10 pm.

Burn & Brunch at Al Biernat’s North
Sweat and then sip during this fitness class paired with brunch. A full-body fusion class featuring elements of yoga, Pilates, body weight training, and high intensity interval training will be followed by a well-deserved brunch at the North Dallas location of Al Biernat's. For $48, participants get the class, one brunch dish, and one cocktail. The class, led by Fitness by Kai, will begin at 10:30 am.
Whiskey & BBQ at Oak’d BBQ
Learn how to smoke meats and create whiskey cocktails while indulging in both at the new Addison location of this BBQ local. Pitmaster and chef Michael Lane will share tips and tricks on how to prep and smoke meats, while a mixologist from Lockwood Distilling Co. will teach attendees how to craft the perfect drink. The $99 price includes the demonstration and a feast of meat boards and sides paired with whiskey and other cocktails. Limited to 50 participants, the event runs from 12-1:30 pm, but arrive by 11:45 am for a prompt start.
Yes Way Rosé Wine Walk at the Omni PGA Frisco
The new Omni PGA Frisco Resort will host a wine walk to showcase its Monument Realty PGA District. The area is home to multiple eateries, shops, Top Golf Swing Suites, and an expansive putting green and is open to the public without an overnight stay. Tickets are $40 and include 10 rosé samples, from labels like Whispering Angel to The Beach, along with a souvenir tasting glass. Pink and white attire is encouraged. The sip-and-stroll will run from 5-8 pm.
Dining in the Dark at Fairmont Dallas
This blindfolded tasting experience lets guests try out not "eating with their eyes." The surprise three-course menu comes in three choices: meat, seafood, or vegan. That’s all the clues participants get as they use their senses of taste and smell to decipher the meal. The event will take place at the Pyramid at the Fairmount Dallas. Tickets are $90, with the option to add wine or cocktail pairings. Seating times for 6 pm are already sold out, but there are a few spots left for 8:30 pm.

Miami Vice Brunch at La Neta Cocina Y Lounge
Beat the Dallas heat with vibes of Miami Beach during this themed brunch at the Las Vegas-based Mexican restaurant. Patrons can enjoy DJ music; $25 bottomless mojitos; and specialty brunch dishes like Crunch Truff Wrap made with beef-stuffed tortilla, Brussels slaw, and house-made truffle burger sauce.
