Plano's Shops at Legacy adds pizza, sushi, & stone crab to restaurant roster

Florida stone crab is a Truluck's signature.
The Shops at Legacy in Plano has signed on four new restaurants that will serve all the most important cuisines: crab claws, sushi, pizza, and beer.
In a release, Kelsey Ishmael, the director of property marketing and business development for The Shops at Legacy, says that they're excited to expand their selection.
"With so many incredible options, there truly is a restaurant for every person and occasion," Ishmael says.
Here's the list:
Truluck’s. Small sophisticated chain known for its stone crabs opens its first location in Plano, at 7161 Bishop Rd. #G1, in a 9,135-square-foot space next to the Dallas/Plano Marriott at Legacy Town Center. This marks the third location in the DFW area, following Uptown Dallas and Southlake. There are also two locations in Austin and two in Houston. Opening: Summer.
Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya. Ramen concept from Seattle opens at 5760 Legacy Dr. #B4, in a 2,736-square-foot space between Starbucks and Bob’s Steak and Chop House. They'll have more than a dozen varieties of ramen, but also an expansive izakaya (pub-style) menu with dumplings, pork buns, potato croquettes, and Japanese-style Chicken Karaage fried chicken. Opening: March.
Craft & Vine Taproom and Eatery. Small local chain does American cuisine with an extensive selection of more than 72 local beers, wines, and sours. It'll open at 5800 Legacy Dr. #C-1, in a 4,947-square-foot space just south of Kendra Scott. Opening: Spring.
Grimaldi's Pizzeria. Acclaimed New York-style pizzeria serving traditional pizza with a famously crispy and smoky thin crust opens at 5717 Legacy Dr. #110, in a 3,676-square-foot space near Chipotle. This is the first location in Plano and the 10th in the DFW area, following West Village Dallas, Park Lane, Highland Village, Allen, Irving, and Fort Worth. Opening: Early March.
