What: Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas Billiard Ball kickoff
Where: Pecan Room at Old Parkland
The 411: For this charitable kickoff, evening hosts Chris Trowbridge, chairman of the board of directors of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas, and Billiard Ball co-chairs Barbara and Steve Durham had a couple of special treats in store — from beginning to end. For starters, Boys & Girls Club members from Maple Lawn Elementary welcomed attendees before they feasted on a bountiful buffet catered by Food Glorious Food. In closing, members of the Madison High School choir gave a powerful performance. This year’s Billiard Ball, which celebrates the 50th anniversary of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Dallas, is slated for Saturday, April 18, at the Ritz-Carlton, featuring cocktail reception and seated dinner, live music and dancing, silent and live auctions, and, of course, billiards.
Who: Valerie Bell, Rachel Trowbridge, Lynn McBee, Kara and Randall Goss, Debbie and Stratton Horres, Julie and Greg Land, Doug Lueders, Carole and Don Glendenning, and Gerald Louviere.
