Pet of the Week
Rose is ready for a new relationship to bloom with a forever family
Animal lovers, we need your help: From previous weeks, Bega and Dylan are still waiting to be adopted. The good news is that Miles found a forever home.
This week meet Rose, who came to the SPCA of Texas on October 14 when her owners moved and couldn’t take her with them. Meet this happy-go-lucky lady who is ready to find her place in a new family:
Breed: Pit bull
Age: 3 years
Weight: 54 pounds
Personality: Rose is a total sweetheart who is happy to be around people at all times. She is also great with kids, but her big size and equally big personality makes it easy for play time to turn into crazy time! Rose gets along well with other dogs; in fact, she was surrendered with her companion, Axl. Rose also loves car rides and basking in the sun.
Vital stats: Rose has spayed and microchipped, and she has received all age-appropriate vaccinations.
Come meet Rose today (#135493) at the SPCA of Texas’ Jan Rees-Jones Animal Care Center in Dallas at 2400 Lone Star Dr., near I-30 and Hampton Road. The center is open seven days a week, noon-6 pm.
