Snow Patrol leads off 2019 tour with flurry of Texas dates, including Dallas
UK rock band Snow Patrol will kick off a North American headlining tour in Texas, starting with a show at South Side Ballroom in Dallas on April 18. That date will be followed by ones in Austin on April 20 and Houston on April 21, the band has announced.
Snow Patrol, which will tour in Europe from December 5-February 16, will play in 21 cities across North America, ending in Los Angeles on May 21. This headlining tour follows their recent stint as the opening act for Ed Sheeran on his tour.
Snow Patrol released their new album, Wildness, in May 2018, marking their first album in seven years. The band is best known in the U.S. for their 2006 hit, "Chasing Cars," although their best-selling albums on this side of the pond were 2008's A Hundred Million Suns and 2011's Fallen Empires.
Tickets for all dates will go on sale on Friday, November 30 at 10 am at LiveNation.com. There will also be various pre-sale opportunities through Snow Patrol's fan club and Spotify, among others.
