Dear Clark Uptown salon launches braid bar for pretty summer 'dos
Uptown Dallas hair salon Dear Clark recently opened a blow-dry lounge and launched a line of Texas-inspired hair care products for beauty-conscious gals. Now owners Kaycee Clark and Holly Dear have upped the hair ante with a braid bar, open just in time for summer.
That's right. Say goodbye to tired arms and Pinterest how-to guides on braiding your lovely locks. Let someone else do your 'do instead.
"[It's] the next evolution of blow dry lounge," say the owners. "There are so many women with long hair who wear it up in a ponytail all the time — especially in the summer."
Dear Clark staff swear by their own finishing salve and offer long-locked ladies fun and whimsical looks, ranging from the basic and French braid to waterfall, four-strand, tousled and fish-tail braids.
Opt for a blowout and braiding service for $50. Or skip the blow-dry and get braided for $20. Braid bar services are only available through the fall.
