Decadent diamond facials are on the way with new medspa in Dallas' West Village
Dallas' post-pandemic fervor for aesthetic enhancements continues with the opening of a newSkinSpiritmedspa in West Village on August 22.
It'll be the Seattle-based spa's third Dallas-area clinic since their local debut in Plano in 2021. A location opened at Preston Royal Village in fall 2022.
According to a release, the new West Village clinic will offer an extensive menu of medical-grade treatments, including their acclaimed facials and custom-tailored services for skin, face, and body.
“The demand for aesthetic services in the Dallas Fort Worth area is booming with an educated, knowledgeable market of skincare-savvy consumers hungry for the latest treatments and services,” says CEO and co-founder Lynn Heublein in the release. “We are beyond thrilled to be opening our third Dallas-area clinic in the West Village, as this new location will enable us to continue bringing SkinSpirit’s top specialists and award-winning, personalized skincare services to new clientele.”
SkinSpirit touts itself as providing "all the luxuries of a spa experience with expert-backed services designed to provide real, natural-looking results."
The new 2,508-square-foot clinic features nine service rooms, where a staff of nurse practitioners and aestheticians, under the guidance of a team of medical directors, will perform medical-grade aesthetic skin, face, and body care. Specific services include:
- Dermal fillers, facials, and peels
- Micro-penning and micro-needling
- Microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, laser resurfacing, and IPL Photofacial
- Kybella, EmSculpt, and CoolSculpting Fat Reduction
- PRP Hair Restoration and Latisse Eyelash Growth
- Rebalance Medical weight loss
Among their most-requested services is their DiamondGlow Facial, which uses a diamond-tipped wand to exfoliate, extract impurities, and infuse skin with corrective serum. (NBC5 got a little demonstration here.)
They also offer skin and body products from leading medical-grade lines, including Irving-based Revision, Jan Marini, SkinCeuticals, Obagi, Alastin, and more.

Founded in 2002 by Stanford-trained, board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Dean Vistnes, Seattle-based SkinSpirit has 33 locations throughout California, New York, Utah, Washington, Oregon, and now seven in Texas.
