Just because 2018 might be the year of healthy eating doesn't mean you aren't going to have a major sweet tooth every now and then. This class teaches you how to make treats that are sweet but not-so-sinful. On the menu to cook? Think orange pistachio biscotti, buttermilk panna cotta with dried fruit compote, and baked Hasselback apples with oat crumble. Tickets are $69 and the class starts at 11 am.

Enjoy insight on flavor profiles and essential ingredients from Chef Hage as she prepares the meal, which is paired with wine. Courses include avo-golemono soup, market fish, guinea hen, and citrus concorde and chocolate-bergamot. Tickets are $100 and the supper starts at 6:30 pm.

Enjoy learning all about flavors of the Mediterranean and Middle East with Christopher Patrick and other members of the culinary team. Get ready for lots of oils and spices and learn how slight variations can make all the difference. After a day of cooking and perfecting skills, guests get to take part in a decadent dinner paired with wine. Tickets start at $350, and the event lasts from 2:30-8 pm.
