Fletch Launch Party & Corn Dog Giveaway at The Rustic
Vic and Jace Fletcher, granddaughters of Dallas' late corn dog king, Neil Fletcher, have partnered to create Fletch — a new pop-up restaurant, catering, and concessions concept. To celebrate the launch of the new Fletch brand, the owners are hosting a public launch party with free corn dogs at The Rustic starting at 5 pm.

Wonderment Wine Dinner at Abacus
Stephanie Cook of Wonderment Wines hosts a Dallas wine dinner that starts with passed appetizers and continues with three courses from executive chef Chris Patrick. Courses include rabbit roulade with confit leg, coal-charred dry aged black Angus beef short rib, and Valrona Dulce chocolate pot de crème. Tickets are $80 and dinner starts at 6:30 pm.

Dallas ArboretumFood and Wine Festival
This event features three days packed with fabulous food and wonderful wine. Thursday stars with the Grand Tasting, featuring over 40 award-winning chefs. The festival continues on Friday with master classes on topics like "turning leftovers into lunch" and a cooking demo with Mary Chamberlin at 1 pm. There is also an exclusive Vintners' Dinner at 6 pm featuring sunset views and luxurious cuisine. The festival concludes Saturday with The Chef's Garden's "Roots on the Road" event featuring four one-hour interactive panels with prestigious industry professionals, as well as a farm-to-table dinner. Hall Estates Wine Dinner at Flora Street Café
Chef Stephan Pyles and Hall Wine Group will host a special four-course Hall Estates wine dinner. Courses include cured ocean trout, bacon-wrapped monk fish, a Bar ‘N Ranch prime ribeye, and chocolate samosa. Tickets are $150 and the event starts at 6:30 pm. Motors and Mimosas at de Boulle Diamond & Jewelry
Heels & Horsepower will kick off off its new Dallas chapter with this event, which allows women to enjoy a morning of mimosas and brunch bites while showing off their beautiful cars and basking in the sparkle of diamonds from de Boulle. Any woman who owns a exotic or ultra-luxury motorcar such as Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren, Aston Martin, Rolls-Royce, Bentley can join the club and register online. The event starts at 10 am.
Between the Buns at Dallas Farmers Market
This Dallas Farmers Market event is in its second season and and allows guests to sample some of the best sliders that Dallas has to offer. Sliders can feature everything from fried chicken to pulled pork, and of course, burgers. A cash bar offers guests beer and cocktails for purchase. Tickets start at $24 and the event kicks off at 4 pm.
Taste 2019 at Gilley's Dallas
Dallas Junior Chamber of Commerce presents this top-flight drink-tasting event that raises money for the American Foundation for the Blind. Hosted in the 1920s-chic Bonnie & Clyde Room, it transports guests through time, where they can enjoy appetizer, drinks, and take part in he raffle and silent auction. Tickets start at $50 and the event starts at 7 pm.
Texas Fly Fishing & Brew Festival at Plano Centre
This two-day event helps experienced anglers up their game while introducing a new generation of enthusiasts to this irresistible and surprisingly accessible pastime. Unique to the event is a focus on microbrewery beer from Four Corners Brewing Co., Oak Highlands Brewery, Real Ale Brewing Co., Sweetwater Brewery, and Tupps.
