Lalo Tequila Dinner at Te Deseo
Lalo Tequila co-founder and maestro tequilero Eduardo “Lalo” Gonzalez will be in attendance during this three-course pairing dinner at the Harwood District restaurant. Gonzalez will give guests an overview of the brand and share his approach to creating a pure blanco tequila. The dinner is $75 plus tax and gratuity, and begins at 6 pm.

The Peach Truck visits Dallas
Nashville-based Peach Truck has embarked on its annual summer road trip and one of the first stops is Nebraska Furniture Mart in The Colony. Visit from 8:30-10:30 am for samples and to pick up a box of freshly picked peaches, which start at $45 for a 12-pound box. Orders should be placed online in advance to guarantee peaches, with limited extras available until sell-out. The Peach Truck will regularly visit various locations in the Dallas area, including The Shops at Willow Bend and Hillcrest Shopping Village, through August.
Meet the Winemaker Social at Sixty Vines
Wine country-themed restaurant, which has locations in Uptown and Plano, will host California winemaker Greg Brewer, who was named Winemaker of the Year in 2020 by Wine Enthusiast. He’ll debut his 2023 Diatom Chardonnay, the label’s first wine on tap made exclusively for Sixty Vines. Enjoy a complimentary pour along with light bites, giveaways, and wine glass charm crafting. The event will run from 6-7:30 pm Thursday in Uptown and Friday in Plano.

Taste Addison
Popular family-friendly festival kicks off Friday at Addison Circle Park for three days of local restaurant dishes, wine & spirit tastings, music acts, and more. Participating restaurants include Thai Orchid, Taqueria La Ventana, Thai Orchid, Loro, Lupe Tortilla, and several more. General admission is $10, or $5 for kids 6-12. Or go VIP and pay $50 ($45 presale) for two beverage tokens and scheduled tastings throughout the weekend in a VIP area with private bar. Taste Addison runs from 6 pm-midnight on Friday, 2 pm-midnight on Saturday, and 12-6 pm on Sunday.

Loco for Coconut Party at Truck Yard Dallas
Wear your tropical attire and go “loco” with an island-style party at Truck Yard Dallas. There’ll be hula dancers at 8 pm, fire dancers at 9 pm, and a pig roast all day starting at noon. Crack your own coconut and fill it with themed cocktails. The event is family-friendly (until 9 pm) and admission is free.
