An Artistic Evening
Affair of the Art patrons mix it up at swanky sponsor house party
It was a gorgeous night to honor the patrons of the 2013 Affair of the Art themed "A Fair Under the Stars." Event chairs Susannah and Seth Bame welcomed more than 75 sponsors and committee members to the home of Deborah and John Wallace to celebrate the 20th year of the annual fundraiser for the Dallas Museum of Art Junior Associates.
Posh patrons — including DMA deputy director Robert Stein,Junior Associates co-chairs Caroline and Robert Belanger and Paige Westhoff, Lindsay and Chuck Jacaman, Megan and Carson Hall, Joseph Hernandez, and Andrew Smith —noshed on small bites courtesy of Food Glorious Food and sipped Cinco vodka specialty cocktails and Gauchezco wines.
The highlight of the evening was the unveiling of this year’s raffle items, including a classic Hermès clutch donated by Heritage Auctions; a year of dining out at some of Dallas’ hottest restaurants (such as Bistro 31, Cafe Pacific, Nonna, Hattie’s and Javier's); and the Dallas Social Scene package that includes two tickets to some of the most talked-about fundraisers in town, such as Art Ball, Art + Advocacy, TACA on the Green, Bubbly Q and more.
Also spotted on the scene: Jamie Singer, Nina and Decker Sachse, Andrea and Heath Cheek, Rachel and Michael Osburn, Allison Edwards, Kyli and Ryan Vardeman, Allan Maly, Carolyn Chinn, Laura Oslick, Dana and Mike Arnold, Jourdan Hurst, Jessica Cavett, Harry McClish, Bren and Ty Underwood, and Rebecca and JJ Leonard.
