Dallas foodie fundraiser harvests major dollars to help feed hungry

The 411: It was a beautiful night in downtown Dallas for this event's second year. Event chair Blake Stephenson and honorary chairs Anne and Steve Stodghill welcomed guests to the outdoor venue beautifully decorated by Jeffrey Horn. As Texas tunes by Lucy Wrubel pulsated through the venue, guests enjoyed delicious bites from various local eateries and sipped on signature cocktails. Standouts from the evening included savories from Hibiscus and Savor and desserts from Remedy and Bisou Bisou Patisserie. After guests sampled the spread and bid on hot auction items, they were sent on their way with hearty gift bags packed with cookbooks, a T-shirt, and a variety of cooking spices. Through this fundraiser, the North Texas Food Bank is able to provide access to more than 700,000 meals.
