The special "New Year's Cheers" offer includes:

    • Bubbles Bar reception on New Year’s Eve with two drink tickets per registered guest
    • Valet parking
    • A bottle of Chandon Rosé sparkling wine
    • Artisanal chocolates
    • Breakfast in bed (via a $30 dining credit)
    • 1 pm late check-out, based on availability

The NYE reception also features live music courtesy of Rockestra, and you can start the night off right with a special dinner at Trick Rider or Ryder Cup Grille ahead of the festivities.

If you'd like a little more time to recover from the holiday hustle and bustle, consider extending your stay at the hotel. Here's a sample itinerary for 48 unforgettable hours at the resort:

    Day one

Morning: Start your morning at Toast & Tee Coffee Collective, located on the lobby floor. Indulge in scratch-made pastries, artisanal beverages, hearty sandwiches, and more. Cozy up with your morning treats on the expansive 10th Fairway Terrace and delight in panoramic views of Fields Ranch.

Afternoon: If you’re a golf enthusiast, test your swing on one of the resort’s two 18-hole courses, Fields Ranch East or Fields Ranch West. Both courses incorporate the best of the property’s natural features. Designed by Gil Hanse and Beau Welling, respectively, these courses are designed to test a golfer’s shot-making skills. Book a tee time here.

Halfway through each course at the highest point of Fields Ranch is Fields Overlook, with ready-to-drink cocktails, savory bites, and stunning views of PGA Frisco. If you’re in the mood to relax after your round, visit the Fields Ranch Clubhouse, home of Ryder Cup Grille and the Fields Ranch Pro Shop. Make a reservation here.

Evening: Take a nighttime stroll to Monument Realty PGA District, where entertainment, events, retail, dining, and ample golf options await. From movie nights and live sports on the 920-square-foot video wall to night golf, there’s something for everyone.

Erase a bucket list item by teeing off on one of the largest, natural-grass putting courses in the nation by visiting The Dance Floor. Standing at two acres, this lighted course was co-designed by Gil Hanse and Beau Welling and is open Monday through Sunday.

    Day two

Morning: Start the day with a delightful assortment of fresh breakfast options at The Apron Kitchen + Bar. With panoramic views of the fairways, indoor and outdoor seating by a stunning waterfall, and homestyle delights like buttermilk pancakes and warm Texas cinnamon buns, this dining experience is sure to be memorable. Make a reservation here.

Once finished with your meal, take a stroll around the spacious 10th Fairway Terrace and explore inside the resort for retail therapy at St. Bernard, Weekend, and Mokara Spa, all located on the lobby floor. From chic finds to golf needs, discover all you need within reach.

Afternoon: Treat yourself to an afternoon of head-to-toe treatments and world-class amenities at Mokara Spa. The two-level relaxation destination is designed with tranquility in mind and offers a full array of rejuvenating services, including body treatments and a full-service hair and nail salon, as well as a naturally lit relaxation room, private locker rooms, jacuzzis, eucalyptus saunas, and steam rooms.

Once your treatment is complete, continue your journey at Green Cactus Café, a private dining experience located on the ground level of the spa, that boasts a wellness-driven menu that can be enjoyed inside, poolside, or within a private cabana. From the indoor whirlpool to the private pool outside, Mokara Spa is an escape into serenity.

Call 469-305-4646 to book your spa visit, or book online.

Evening: From the lively country music at The Lookout Lounge & Bar to the smooth jazz at Trick Rider, to the fireside fiddler that welcomes the sunset on the 10th Fairway Terrace, the resort is always filled with surprise and delights.

After enjoying a signature drink from The Lookout Lounge & Bar and a game of billiards in The Library, indulge in a mouthwatering selection of signature steaks, seafood, and shellfish dishes at Trick Rider. Want to delight in the chef’s favorites? The tailored selection includes a vibrant menu of broiled oysters, caviar service, tomahawk 45-day dry-aged steak with a side of lobster mac n’ cheese, and a refreshing Sidepiece cocktail to top off the dinner. Make a reservation here.

The night doesn’t have to stop there — explore more of PGA Frisco and take the scenic trail to the Monument Realty PGA District for live music at Lounge by Topgolf.

The Lookout Lounge & Bar is located on the lobby floor, adjacent to the front desk. Upon entering the resort, Trick Rider is located at the end of the left-hand side hallway, on the lobby floor. The Library is located on the left-hand side of The Lookout Lounge & Bar.

Texas grocer H-E-B installs freebie pop-ups at Dallas airports

H-E-B says it will bring surprise Texas travelers with more holiday pop-ups.

Texas supermarket chain H-E-B is known for its mega-sized locations — but the company is surprising holiday travelers with tiny vending machine pop-ups, offering free swag at Texas' major airports, including Dallas Love Field and DFW Airport.

The vending pop-up will be at:

    • DFW Airport on Thursday, December 18
    • Dallas Love Field on Friday, December 19

The concept made its debut at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) on December 10. Visitors were given an “H-E-B boarding pass,” redeemable for merchandise such as cushy concha slippers, Cafe Olé coffee, and the ever-popular flour tortilla blanket.

Travelers lined up at the machines (supervised by staffers), inserted the pass, and collected their prizes.

“No store does what? More!” wrote the airport in an Instagram post. “Our passengers were obsessed!”

H-E-B has stepped up its viral presence in 2025. In June, TikToker Anna the Colossal Titan racked up hundreds of thousands of views for a video showing her smuggling 200 H-E-B tortillas in her backpack. In October, the grocer released a limited collection of 1,000 heavy metal-themed t-shirts in collaboration with Nashville graphic artist Connor Dwyer which sold out in seconds.

DFW is not the only stop on the holiday pop-up tour. The H-E-B team will be at the following Texas airports, with the fun kicking off between 11:30 am to noon on the selected dates:

    • Friday, December 12: San Antonio International Airport
    • Sunday, December 14: Houston's George Bush Intercontinental Airport
    • Tuesday, December 16: Houston's William P. Hobby Airport
    • Thursday, December 18: Dallas Fort Worth Airport
    • Friday, December 19: Dallas Love Field Airport
