We can think of no better place than Anteks Home Furnishings to host a Western-style patron party for the upcoming Equest Triple Crown Gala themed "Sante Fe Soiree." Anteks owner Jason Lenox graciously welcomed supporters and two mini Ambassador horses, which provided plenty of fun photo opps.
Event chair Jocelyn White, honorary chair Ann Barbier-Mueller and CEO of Equest Patrick Bricker were joined by Equest advocates Lynn McBee, Linda Kordek, Fay Sheehan, Renee Querbec, Linda Ivy, Carmeleta Whiteley and Carol Seay, who sipped on wine courtesy of Domain Wine Company and nibbled on bites courtesy of Cantina Laredo. Everyone also got the chance to pose with the pretty equines.
The April 20 gala at Park Lane Ranch will feature live horse and rider demonstrations, VIP reception, cocktails and hors d'oeuvre, silent and live auctions, and a performance by country crooner Collin Raye. Proceeds support Equest's mission to provide therapeutic sports riding classes and hippotherapy to adults and children with physical, cognitive and emotional disabilities. It's one of the largest nonprofit therapeutic riding centers in Texas.
