Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader alumna rallies troops for Trina Turk fashion fete
Personal stylist and television host Laurie Graham welcomed 150 Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader alumni for an afternoon of serious shopping and fashion advice at the Trina Turk boutique in Highland Park Village. The reason for the roundup? The event marked the kickoff of the DCC alumni weekend, where the former cheerleaders perform at the Cowboys half-time show in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
With an elegant white tent set up outside of the boutique, Skyy Vodka poured signature "Pretty in Pink" cocktails to guests, including Elizabeth Perry, Jennifer Mosley, Jill Decker, Nora Tagle Cano, Julie Holeman Moulas, and Jayne Chobot Herring. Sweet Shop USA provided dark chocolate truffles served alongside pink and blue star-shaped cookies from Celebrity Cafe to sweeten the shopping experience.
Graham has been styling DCC director Kelli Finglass and head choreographer Judy Trammell during the eighth season of their hit CMT show, The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team. Both were on hand to welcome their DCC sisters, whom Graham styled in Trina Turk fashions during their TV tapings.
"Shopping, champagne, chocolate and the nicest sisterhood of ladies you could ever meet! I can't think of a better way to honor the iconic Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. I am so proud to be from Dallas," Graham said.
Attendees took home bags with swag generously provided by LOOK Cinemas, Uber, Victoria's Secret, Barre Bee Fit, Pouf Blowout, Urban Taco, Pinkberry, United Dance Academy, Dr. Naila Malik, Keihl's, Trina Turk and Sweet Shop USA.
