The Adolphus Hotel's sultry and sophisticated bar recently debuted a refreshed menu of seasonal spring cocktails. To celebrate these new additions, guests are invited to try out the new menu and learn how to make a few of the cocktails with the help of lead bartender Angela Burns. Bubbles will be served upon arrival, and light bites will be available throughout the event. Tickets are $45, and the event starts at 6 pm.
Simi Wine & Food Dinner at Sevy's Grill
Enjoy a paired dinner featuring this prestigious winery from Sonoma County. From nuanced Cabs to elegant Chards, regional manager Chris Teague takes you through each wine and shares insightful stories of the storied winery. Courses include wood-fired Spanish octopus; prosciutto wrapped Texas rabbit porchetta; 40-day, dry-aged ribeye; and Valrhona chocolate black rice pudding. The Fearing's Restaurant team presents an afternoon of barbecue at the restaurant’s Live Oak Bar and Ocaso space.
