New cafe at buzzy Lewisville village adds most important meal of the day
A new cafe joins the party at a buzzy center in Lewisville with that most essential meal of the day: breakfast.
Called Hills Cafe, it's a new breakfast and lunch spot set to open at the Castle Hills Village Shops; according to a release, it'll open in December.
The Café will be going into a 2,810-square-foot space at 2520 King Arthur Blvd. #109, that was previously occupied by TKO Libations, which closed in January.
According to Nick Miller from Bright Realty, who helped land the new cafe for the center, it'll add an important component that was otherwise lacking.
"The center has been missing breakfast," Miller says. "We'll have a lot of new office tenants in the next year, and they need breakfast."
Hills Cafe's breakfast menu will include:
- Cinnamon Roll French Toast
- Huevos Rancheros
- Chorizo Skillet breakfast
But let's not forget lunch. Their lunch offerings include
- Tuscan Panini
- Avocado Bacon Burger
- Strawberry Almond Salad
Restaurant activity in the master-planned Castle Hills community has been blowing up as of late, with a number of new and unique eateries having opened in recent months including the second The London Baker and the recently opened El Patio Mex-Tex Grill & Bar, a restaurant combining Tex-Mex with BBQ.
Hills Café joins the Castle Hills Village Shops and staples such as the pizzeria PI.E 3.14 Everyday Eatery and The Grind Burger Bar. The center also includes the usual neighborhood staples such as hair salons, dry cleaners, medical offices, and a convenience store.
An outdoor plaza area with shaded seating includes a permanent stage and water features for casual neighborhood get-togethers that are doable during these COVID-19 since the space is outdoors.
