III Forks steakhouse to open location near its North Dallas birthplace
An iconic North Texas steakhouse is expanding: III Forks, known for its steaks, seafood, and wine list, will open a location in Addison, at the Village on the Parkway at 5100 Belt Line Rd. #800.
According to a release, it'l open in late 2024.
The location is symbolic, representing a heroic return to the Dallas North Tollway Corridor for III Forks, which was originally located on the Dallas Parkway for 22 years before opening in Frisco.
III Forks first opened in 1998 with Executive Chef Chris Vogeli, who remains at the helm of the Frisco kitchen today. There are also locations in Austin and Jacksonville, Florida.
"Village on the Parkway is an extraordinary location for us in terms of accessibility from the Dallas North Tollway, I-635 and the President George Bush Turnpike," says III Forks Steakhouse president Curtis Osmond in a statement.
Addison will serve the same menu for which III Forks is famous, along with an elevated wine program and robust bar.
Their menu boasts a trio of name-brand beefs:
- Certified Angus Beef Prime 75-day dry aged steaks
- Durham Ranch American Wagyu by the Strube Family
- Japanese Wagyu – A5 Miyazaki Gyu, from the Miyazaki prefecture in Japan.
The Addison location is taking over the space formerly occupied by Chico's, which seems to have closed during the pandemic. Awww, poor Chico's. But steak!
