The Plaza at Preston Center never looked so haute as it did for the Lublu Kira Plastinina grand opening fete. Elite fans of the Russian designer dressed to impress — and party.
Greeted with an array of carefully crafted cocktails before they stepped one foot inside, fashionistas of all ages filled the store to honor the talented young designer. Can we take a moment to talk about Bradley Agather Means’ outfit? Holy chic! Rocking Lublu Kira Plastinina pants, of course.
“I believe my personality comes out while I am designing these pieces,” Plastinina said. “I would love to think of myself as feminine, daring and savvy. I look forward to growing and maturing in the fashion industry, learning all that I can.”
Fashionable men and women — including Tina Craig, Annelise Peterson, Claire Distenfeld, Dorian Grinspan, Logan Horn, Natalie Joos, Laura Noble, Lucy Wrubel, Tanya Foster, Lynn McBee, Anna-Sophia Van Zweden, Jessica Nowitzki, Todd Fiscus, Christen Wilson, Kari Schlegel Kloewer, Troy Kloewer, Kystal Schlegel, Amber Venz and Merritt Beck — mingled while DJ Hannah Bronfman blended beats during this sexy and chic soiree.
“I am very excited and dedicated to the success of Lublu in the U.S. market and overseas,” Plastinina said. “I believe this is an excellent opportunity for the brand to grow, and I look forward to working hard, and showing the US market what I can do.”
If Plastinina’s Dallas store is even half as successful as her grand opening party, her designs will be occupying sophisticated closets for years to come.
