Contemporary furniture retailer Room & Board also zeroed in on Dallas for its first presence in the Lone Star State, setting up shop at McKinney and Knox.
A new rezoning project for Henderson Avenue from developer Mark Masinter was recently approved, meaning that 4.5 acres will become the new starting point for retail, restaurants, and office space. Construction is slated to start at the end of 2018, with the project wrapping up in 2020.
