Patio Wines and Cheese at Scardello Artisan Cheese
It's hot. Time to pop open some rosé or cool whites. This class explores the perfect wines to enjoy on a hot summer evening and the cheeses that pair perfectly with them. Tickets are $40, and the class starts at 7 pm. If the event is sold out, call 214-219-1300 to put your name on the wait list.
Bella Festa at MidiCi
As summer heats up, the nights do, too. This inaugural event at the restaurant's West Village location features Moët Champagne, Peroni beer, DJ Souljah, and a Kendra Scott door prize — in addition to the regularly scheduled delicious food and drink menus. This party lasts from 8 pm to midnight.

Skip Day Party at The Rustic
This event encourages Dallasites to slip out of work a little early and party in Uptown with live music, yard games, signature cocktails, and tons of food. The party kicks off at 4 pm, and live music will start at 5:30 pm. The music schedule includes Noah Jackson and Friends and headliner Medicine Man Revival. Admission is free with RSVP.
Burlesque Revue at Don't Tell Supper Club
This Commerce Street club presents a new Burlesque Revue show the first Friday and Saturday of every month. It features beautiful ladies in Broadway-worthy costumes performing choreographed, tasteful dance numbers. Dinner reservations are recommended to secure a table with a good view of the performance. Chef Tre Wilcox promises tasty treats like yellowtail sashimi, grilled lamb lollipops, and steak frites. The show starts at 6 pm and interested patrons can call 214-432-8282 to reserve their table.
Springtime in Italy Cooking Class at Sur La Table
Re-create the magic of springtime in Italy right in your own kitchen. In this fun, hands-on class, the instructor shows guests new ideas for using seasonal favorites like asparagus, sweet peas, and fresh herbs. The menu includes roasted prosciutto wrapped shrimp with aged balsamic; sweet pea ravioli with basil-mint pesto and crispy bacon; and marsala wine gelato. Tickets are $100 per person, and the class beings promptly at 6 pm.

Dallas Cakes Watch Party at Resource Center
Cake fans everywhere are invited to a watch party for the Food Network series Dallas Cakes from 7-7:30 pm. Celebrity Chef Bronwen Weber of Frosted Art Bakery & Studio will be there, meeting with guests and serving up cake. Other light bites and beer and wine will be provided by Food Glorious Food. This event is free, but be sure to RSVP to attend.
