1. Dallas' top Brits join forces to open smashing holiday foodie shop. Two authentic British businesses in Dallas-Fort Worth are joining forces to bring us all more British holiday treats. The British Emporium, the popular shop in Grapevine which sells all things British, will open a pop-up shop inside Fish & Fizz, the upscale fish & chips restaurant in Richardson owned by Nick and Kelli Barclay, who are genuine bona-fide British natives.

3. Dreamy Texas home built by Dr Pepper co-founder bubbles onto market for $1.4 million. You can now drink up a piece of history in Waco. A grand 135-year-old home built by one of the men who introduced Dr Pepper to the world just went on the market for $1.39 million.
4. Beloved East Dallas bar leads this list of COVID-19 restaurant reopenings. Despite the lingering coronavirus, Dallas is seeing another wave of restaurants and bars-that-are-now-also-restaurants getting back in the game. Reopenings are a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. Here are the comebacks of the week.
5. Dallas' most famous shoe entrepreneur jumps into Shark Tank as newest judge. The year 2020 may be the stuff of nightmares, but it's not stopping one Dallas-native entrepreneur from swimming with sharks. TOMS founder Blake Mycoskie will be the newest guest judge on the ABC smash-hit Shark Tank, the network says. Mycoskie, along with Austin jewelry maven Kendra Scott, will join the sharks in various episodes during the 2020-21 season.
