Dallas' Hillside Village adds 3 new shops: vet, beauty supply, and juices
The evolution of Hillside Village, the east Dallas / Lakewood shopping center at Abrams Road and Mockingbird Lane, continues with three new businesses - a juice place, a vet, and a major beauty supply chain - joining the lineup of tenants.
Owned and operated by Dallas-based Northwood Retail, the center has undergone a major overhaul with the addition of mulple new tenants including a Sprouts which took over the former Stein Mart. Who misses Stein Mart? Raise your hand. The center now boasts more than 35 businesses with a mix of shopping, dining, and services.
According to a release, here's the latest three newbies:
JuiceLand. Opening late 2023
Raw, cold-pressed juices and superfood smoothies from fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients. Its shops are stocked daily with plant-based meals made in-house, step-by-step juice cleanses, and tonics aimed to enhance vitality. Ingredients are sourced sustainably and they use compostable and recyclable packaging. The new location will be positioned next to Haven and VIE Nails.

Modern Animal - Now open
Located next to ChopShop, this integrated veterinary network practices best-in-class medicine in a sustainable way that enhances pets' wellbeing. The Hillside Village location will support five physicians, with in-clinic testing, labs with new equipment, radiology including traditional imaging, dental imaging, & ultrasound, dental & surgical suites, a Fear freeTM certified environment designed for as little stress as possible, and artwork created for Modern Animal by local artists.
Sephora - Opening 2024
French multinational retailer of personal care and beauty products with nearly 340 brands, along with its own private label, Sephora Collection, and includes beauty products such as cosmetics, skincare, body, fragrance, nail color, beauty tools, body lotions and haircare. As part of the LVMH family, the world's leading luxury goods group, Sephora is a powerful presence in markets around the world, constantly transforming and elevating the beauty shopping experience.
They'll open next to Sprouts.
Northwood Retail president Ward Kampf says in a statement that they're grateful to attract these types of tenants and feel they'll locations speak to the power of the Lakewood community.
