NorthPark Center holds on to premier shopping status with new stores
NorthPark Center is serious about keeping its title as Dallas' No. 1 tourist attraction (yes, really), so the mall is adding a bevy of new stores for the new year.
Four boutiques are slated to arrive in the spring, joining the handful of retailers the shopping center previously added in fall 2015.
March will see the arrival of Italian menswear shop Canali and Parisian fragrance and skincare brand Diptyque, both of which will be exclusive Dallas-Fort Worth locations.
Canali is known for its meticulous tailoring and su misura service, which combines the expertise of its made-to-measure specialists and the artistry of master tailors to create distinctive suits, jackets, trousers, and shirts, all handcrafted in Italy. Diptyque was founded as a fabric design house more than 50 years ago but now focuses mainly on candles, personal and home fragrances, and skin and body care potions.
In April, luxury house Longchamp Paris and apparel and accessories line Sam Edelman will open their doors as the only Texas locations of each.
Longchamp Paris began as the must-have luggage and handbag maker for the fashionable ladies of France but now also offers a ready-to-wear line. Sam Edelman specializes in dressing top to toe, from shoes to clothing to jewelry and accessories.
Last fall, NorthPark debuted seven stores and one restaurant: Pandora, Vineyard Vines, The Frye Company, Tommy Bahama, Polo Ralph Lauren, Sundance, AG, and American eatery The Theodore.
