Up and Moving
Warm up to these safe outdoor exercise options across Dallas-Fort Worth
In the two months since Dallas went into lockdown for the COVID-19 pandemic, you've probably done (or at least tried) every virtual workout available.
But now restrictions are loosening and you might be getting tired of your at-home athletics set-up — no offense, hard-working yoga mat. Even with some gyms reopening, not everyone is ready to get sweaty indoors surrounded by other people, even if they do promise to stay six feet away.
Enter this list: a curated selection of exercise options that take place in the great outdoors. Some can be enjoyed solo while others are technically part of a group, but by their very design you'll be a lot farther away from the other participants than if you were on that row of Treadmills.

Each person attending is required to have purchased a $35 ticket in advance.
Event: Dogma Soul Hike

Entry fees are $40 for the hike, yoga, and mask and bandana set; $30 for just the hike, yoga, and bandana; and $20 for hike and yoga only. Don't worry if you don't have a dog — you're still welcome to participate!
