Preston Hollow Virtual Tour
An insider look at one of Dallas' most exclusive neighborhoods
The highly sought-after neighborhood of Preston Hollow has a storied history. Known today as an enclave of some of Dallas' grandest homes, it was founded in 1850 and developed by Ira De-Loache in the 1920s.
In this video, Briggs Freeman Sotheby's Realtor Christy Berry takes us on a tour of the neighborhood, named for Preston Road and the beautiful trees and lakes contained within the area's prestigious borders.
She visits Preston Hollow Park, the centralized hub where families go to play on the swings, practice sports such as tennis, and socialize with the neighbors. As Berry notes, Preston Hollow also provides easy access to the city's top restaurants and shops in nearby Preston Center and Snider Plaza, as well as grocery retailers like Central Market.
